personal training website design
The challenge
The Fit Life Project offers Bristol-based training, sports massage and nutrition advice for people looking to change their lifestyle.
Mike, having qualified as a personal trainer was looking to launch his new business venture – The Fit Life Project. He wanted a personal training website design that would help him to find potential clients in and around Bristol. Specifically, those who would like to attend boot camps and benefit from personal training, nutrition and sports massage services.
The solution
A responsive WordPress website that clearly communicated; the services, the benefits and the prices. Plus, clear calls to action on each page to encourage site visitors to get in touch with Mike.
To help to build trust, authority and to improve search engine optimisation (SEO) a blog was built in. WordPress is a very user friendly content management system (CMS) so Mike can easily add content to his blog over the coming weeks and months. Mike also set up Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles to assist with his online visibility and these are integrated into the site.
All copy was edited and optimised for Google search in order to maximise the possibility of clients finding Mike’s services. Images used to illustrate written content were also optimised for search.
Just under a week after the site went live Mike received his first client enquiry via the website using the contact form.
“From initial meeting to end product, my experience with Karen from Sensible Marketing exceeded all of my expectations. She truly immersed herself into my project and set out to fulfil all of my goals for the website, providing constant support and feedback well above the initial remit. Nothing seemed too much hassle and her professionalism was invaluable when it came to the finer points and mistakes in my content I would have missed had I opted to undertake this project alone. I am so thrilled with my new website. Thank you Karen”
